Documents

This page allows you to search for one or more documents and view detailed information contained within a specific document.

NOTE: You can click the icon to expand information or the icon to collapse information on this page.

This page contains one or more tables. You can click a specific column heading in a table to sort the data in the table in ascending order by the selected column. Once selected, you can click the column heading again to sort the data in descending order. When more than one page of data is available, you can click the buttons at the bottom left of the table to navigate through the various pages, or you can select a specific page in the Page drop-down list to display data for a specific page.

When the page is initially displayed, the list of documents displayed is automatically filtered based on how the page was accessed. The current filter criteria displays to the right of the Set Filter button.

Set Filter

You can click Set Filter to search for a specific document and/or filter the list of documents displayed by name, type, and date. When clicked, the page refreshes and displays Set Filter functionality. Complete information in one or more of the following controls to search for a document and filter the list of results displayed:

In File Name, enter the name of the file on which to search. You can enter partial information to widen your search.
In File Type, select the type of document on which to search.
In As Of Date, enter a specific date to search for documents that were uploaded as of the date specified.

Click Save Filter to perform a search based on the filter criteria specified. The page refreshes and results found to match the filter criteria are displayed in the Documents table. Or, click Cancel to discard the filter criteria.

Documents

In the columns of the Documents table, the following information is displayed for each document that matches the specified filter criteria:

Click the Details link to display the selected document. When clicked, a new web page is opened that contains the document.
Title displays the title of the document.
Description displays a brief description of the document.
Type displays the document type, such as newsletter, technical bulletin, etc.
Size displays the file size of the document.
Start Date displays the start date for the document.
End Date displays the end date for the document.
