Search for a Voucher

Use this tutorial to search for a voucher and/or filter the list of vouchers displayed on the Voucher Search page.

Complete the following steps to Search for a Voucher:

Select the Voucher Search menu option on the Provider Services menu. The Voucher Search page displays.
Complete information in one or more of the following controls to search for a voucher and/or filter the list of results displayed:

In Voucher Number, enter the specific voucher number on which to search. You can enter partial information to widen the search.
In Client Number, enter the specific client identification number on which to search. You can enter partial information to widen the search.
In Level Of Care, select the level of care on which to search.
In Initiative, select the initiative on which to search.

Click Search to perform a search based on the search criteria specified. The page refreshes and results found to match the search criteria are displayed in the Vouchers table.

NOTE: If search criteria are not specified, a list of all vouchers displays in the Vouchers table when Search is clicked.
