This page allows you to search for one or more contacts, filter the list of contacts displayed, add new contacts, and update existing contacts.

This page contains one or more tables. You can click a specific column heading in a table to sort the data in the table in ascending order by the selected column. Once selected, you can click the column heading again to sort the data in descending order. When more than one page of data is available, you can click the buttons at the bottom left of the table to navigate through the various pages, or you can select a specific page in the Page drop-down list to display data for a specific page.
When the page is initially displayed, the list of contacts displayed is automatically filtered to show contacts that are currently active. The current filter criteria displays to the right of the Set Filter button. |
You can click Set Filter to search for a specific contact and/or filter the list of contacts displayed. When clicked, the page refreshes and displays Set Filter functionality. Complete information in one or more of the following controls to search for a contact and filter the list of results displayed:
In Subscriber, select the name of the subscriber on which to search.
In Contact Type, select the type of contact on which to search.
In Active Status, select Yes or No to indicate whether to include active or inactive contacts in the search.
In First Name, enter the first name of the contact on which to search. You can enter partial information to widen your search.
In Last Name, enter the last name of the contact on which to search. You can enter partial information to widen your search.
Click Save Filter to perform a search based on the filter criteria specified. The page refreshes and results found to match the filter criteria are displayed in the Contacts table. Or, click Cancel to discard the filter criteria.
In the columns of the Contacts table, the following information is displayed for each contact that matches the specified filter criteria:
Click the Details link to display detailed information about the selected contact. When clicked, the page refreshes and displays Contact Detail information.
Last Name displays the last name of the contact.
First Name displays the first name of the contact.
Subscriber displays the organization to which the contact belongs.
Type displays the type or classification of the contact.
Phone displays the telephone number at which the contact can be contacted.
Email displays the email address at which the contact can be contacted.
Click Add Contact to add information for a new contact. When clicked, the page refreshes and displays Add New Contact functionality.
Contact Detail information displays when the Details link in the Contacts table is clicked. The information is initially displayed as read-only; however, you can click Update Contact to update the information displayed. When clicked, the page refreshes and displays Update Contact functionality. The following information is displayed for the contact:
Last Name displays the last name of the contact. In add or update mode, this information can be changed. Up to 30 characters may be entered.
First Name displays the first name of the contact. In add or update mode, this information can be changed. Up to 30 characters may be entered.
Middle Name displays the middle name of the contact. In add or update mode, this information can be changed. Up to 30 characters may be entered.
Active Status indicates whether the contact is currently active. In add or update mode, this information can be changed.
Subscriber displays the organization to which the contact belongs. In add or update mode, this information can be changed.
Contact Type displays the type or classification of the contact. In add or update mode, this information can be changed.
Phone displays the telephone number at which the contact can be contacted. In add or update mode, this information can be changed. Up to 20 characters may be entered.
Fax displays the fax number at which the contact can be contacted. In add or update mode, this information can be changed. Up to 20 characters may be entered.
Cell displays the cell phone number at which the contact can be contacted. In add or update mode, this information can be changed. Up to 20 characters may be entered.
Email displays the email address at which the contact can be contacted. In add or update mode, this information can be changed. Up to 255 characters may be entered.
Title displays the title of the contact. In add or update mode, this information can be changed. Up to 100 characters may be entered.
Description displays a description of the contact. In add or update mode, this information can be changed. Up to 4000 characters may be entered.
