View Detailed Claim Information

Use this tutorial to view detailed information for a claim.

Complete the following steps to View Detailed Claim Information:

  1. Search for a claim on the Claim Search page.

NOTE:  For more information about searching for claims, see Search for a Claim.

  1. Click the Details link in the Claims table.  The page refreshes and displays Claim Detail information for the selected claim.

  2. View the detailed claim information displayed.
